Myyyyyyy turn!!!!!

I know you are all NOT sick of this memory game so I'm going to play it too!!

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog (if you want) and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty cool (and funny) to see the responses.

I remember Mad Libs in the basement (with the black and white checkered flooring) of your house in Hidden Valley. Our stupid adjectives and nouns that we thought were just so funny were really pretty ridiculous. I think I might have a couple of those somewhere, and I may have to post a few for your enjoyment. OH and our karoake song at one of the fairs at Peachland that I didn't know half of the song...only the chorus...hahaha. I do still have that tape and now that I remember it, I must find it!

Coming to see you in - oh crap i can't even remember the name of it - the place up by Heber?? Wallsberg! (thanks google)

Anyway, we had a fabulous steak dinner and hung out in your gram's basement.

Then we drove home and I threw up the entire dinner in the flowerbed outside our apartment. (morning-sickness)

Wow Carly. where to start. let's see.

You putting the car in reverse and driving it across the street when you were two.

You still sleeping in our room when you were 8,9,10,11,12...

You, at sixteen, being accidentally locked out at night and crying hysterically instead of just knocking on the front door. thanks to Alex for calling us.

You being the cutest little flag girl in all of Hart history.

Okay Carly, my last memory of you was when we went to the Summit Park and ate pizza, donuts, and licorice! That was fun. Thanks for coming and bringing the fam! I did a lame/short post about it on my blog...but the upside is that there is a HOT picture of you on it! Check it out when you have a spare moment....

Hi there Carly! It's Tera Williams. I happened upon your blog while reading others... actually, I don't remember how I got here. But here are my memories: Playing spoons at Beehive sleepovers. You are a competitive little cookie!... Seeing your hair curly for the first time and turning green with envy!... Seeing you hold your first gorgeous little baby and feeling really old! I hope you don't mind me checking out your blog from time to time. I love revisiting your humor.
Love ya!

Uh, you stealing my clothes all the time.

Playing Barbies. Oh, and you cutting off my FAVORITE barbie Jasmine's hair. You totally ruined her.

Sleeping over at the King's house during the '94 earthquake, and you and Lisa being covered in books.

Cindy and I coming to visit you for spring break when you were dating Casey, and Cindy not believing that you were really getting married.

Going to Chili's all the time the summer before you got married, because Casey worked there.

Here we go.

Dad waking me up the night you were born to tell me I had a little sister.

Sitting and watching your every move (of which there was none) as you slept in your baby seat while Mom was off galavanting around town. (Ha ha Mom)

Sharing a room and then sleeping in the same room even when we had our own rooms. Scratching backs, telling you long stories about dogs and cats and horsies.

You being such a sneaky, lying little thing. Boy, you could really stick to a totally false story.

Writing emails to you with "crap" as every other word.

You coming to stay at my apartment in Santa B. in Provo and laughing about who knows what.

On the plane with Ken Adams.

Recording silly memos on your cell phone in the Las Vegas airport. I remember that you had one telling yourself to remember to pick up some poster board.

Complaining to you about my Nutella thief.

You and your fam coming to stay here in CO after Luke was born. I was so happy to have you here. I wish you were here now!

Obviously, I could go on and on.

other than the obvious, lets see...driving to squaw peak listening to leann rimes, seeing the abandoned cars and you saying "what if elizabeth smart was back here somewhere???"

ps, I'm excited to watch parental control now that it was at casey's house!! it's such a dumb show, but oh so tacky and hilarious.

the time we decided to play trust exercises by the pool and you let me fall into the pool with all my clothes on.

oh, and time you said you would never watch so you think you can dance and I rejoiced.

Carly said...

*Gasp* Casey that would never happen. I'm in love with SYTYCD! Rejoice not my hubby.

Oh man Lindsay, I was seriously contemplating leaving the same memory about the nutella on yours. I still have the "crap" email. It's hilarious to re-read those.

Yeah Aly you are the WORST Sister-in-law ever. I tell you that a LOT! ha ha.

Hey I know this memory is a little late, but I read your mom's comment and couldn't help but laugh. I had totally forgot about that! Well I have many memories of us in my bathroom, when I taught you how to straighten your hair!!!!!!
